Our league is an officially licensed NFL FLAG Football league. This means we offer exclusive benefits and experiences you won’t find in other recreational leagues.

Jerseys and flag belts are included in your registration fee. Players may wear any athletic shorts; however, per NFL FLAG guidelines, shorts cannot have pockets. You may purchase official NFL FLAG shorts or use your own. Please note: shorts may not be the same color as the flags—so no yellow or bright green shorts.

Shoes are based on player preference in our league.  If your player tends to juke and make quick cuts, rubber football cleats are recommended. Other options include turf shoes (with small rubber nubs on the bottom) or traditional tennis shoes. Either option works, but be sure your player has good ankle support.

Winter season games are held at the OSF Athletic Training Center. Spring season games take place at Northpoint School Park. Select end-of-season tournaments may be hosted at Tucci Stadium.

Yes. Our league is co-ed. Because this is a “no blocking” league with no intentional blocking, it is both safe and appropriate for all players.

Youth players ages 6–17 are welcome. We also plan to offer an adult league (18+). While we don’t currently have enough interest to run the adult division, it will be available once we have sufficient registration.

TeamSnap is a mobile-first platform that simplifies youth sports registration, team communication, and scheduling for parents. It streamlines the process by allowing parents to fill out forms, pay fees, sign waivers, and create player profiles in one place. The app also facilitates real-time scheduling, availability tracking, and team messaging. 

Family Discount / Multiple Players

We love having siblings play in our league! We offer a $10 discount for each additional sibling registered in the same season. This option will be available during the registration process.

Coach Discount

We appreciate our coaches! If you are coaching and have a player in the same season, you are eligible for a special discount.

Financial Aid Opportunities

The RCX Sports Foundation is currently accepting applications for families in under-resourced areas who need assistance. To qualify, families must provide their annual household income and indicate if the participant receives free or reduced lunch.

All applications must be submitted before the registration deadline.

Grants are approved once per calendar year per family.

Reserve your spot with a low deposit of $60 (plus additional fees and merchandise costs). The remaining balance, along with a $4 installment fee, will be automatically charged two weeks after the registration deadline.

Please note: This option may not be available in all locations.

Team and division availability are subject to change based on registration numbers. While we strive to offer league play for all divisions and age groups, Sports 4 Life Athletics reserves the right to cancel any division that does not meet minimum player enrollment.

In the event of a cancellation, registration fees (excluding processing fees) will be refunded.
