We are looking for dedicated athletes who are ready to take their flag football skills to the next level through elite training, competitive opportunities, and tournament experiences.
Our travel program is designed for athletes who are committed to player development, teamwork, competition, and representing Sports 4 Life Athletics with pride both on and off the field.

Player Check-In: 1:30 PM
Tryout Time: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Tryouts are
FREE and open to athletes interested in competing during the 2026–27 travel season.
Teams We Are Recruiting For
What Travel Team Athletes Can Expect
Selected athletes will have the opportunity to:
- Train with experienced coaches focused on skill development
- Participate in competitive practices and workouts
- Compete in local, regional, and national tournaments
- Attend NFL FLAG tournaments and events
- Participate in USA Football events and Talent ID opportunities
- Develop position-specific skills
- Improve speed, agility, and football IQ
- Represent Sports 4 Life Athletics at a higher level of competition
Travel Team Expectations
Athletes selected for a Sports 4 Life Athletics Travel Team will be expected to:
- Attend scheduled practices, workouts, and team activities
- Participate in the Sports 4 Life Indoor Winter League or have participated in our 2026 season (minimum of five games)
- Compete in scheduled tournaments during the 2026–27 season
- Display commitment, coachability, teamwork, and sportsmanship

Submitting a registration form does not guarantee placement on a Sports 4 Life Athletics Travel Team. All athletes will be evaluated by our coaching staff based on effort, attitude, skill level, athletic ability, coachability, and overall team needs.
